There are up to seven performances of four different works each week, usually weekday and Saturday evenings, and a matin\u00e9e on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Each season, the Metropolitan Opera promises its audiences an unrivalled selection of world-class performances &#8211; blending tradition and innovation &#8211; on one of the grandest stages in the world.
