Great
Good overall tour but was hoping to see more spaces not normally seen by just walking around the terminal.

Excellent
This tour was very interesting and enjoyable. Sara, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and interesting. Booking was easy, checking in was easy (thanks to Zi Zi), and the tour was one of the best we've had. We would do this tour again it's so good, and we'd definitely seek out a tour guided by Sara.

Our guide made the visit so entertaining. You could tell how passionate she is about her job. Would have been nice to be able to visit the window all ways but closed to the public

What a great tour! Our tour guide, Colin, was entertaining and informative. He took time to cover not only the general history of Grand Central Station but to connect it to other historical events as well.
