Better yet, learning to make homemade pasta is an enjoyable afternoon activity for la famiglia.

From our chefs “cucina italiana” in the heart of the Eternal City to your home, Walks is excited to open up our popular Pasta-Making Class to a live online audience. Over the course of an hour, our Italian chefs will explain why the shape of the pasta matters and how to calculate what the perfect ratio of pasta is to sauce. Trust us, the shape and sauce pairing can make or break your dish.
