Enjoyed our tour of Sangrada Familia with Valentina. She explained in detail things that we would not have noticed on our own. The only negative was, we were told we must wear clothing covering our knees and shoulders as this is a church. This was the hottest day of our stay and wore long pants. Many people were in shorts and short skirts and they had no issues with admission.

Do I need to bring an ID on my Sagrada Familia tour?
All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. This is especially important when booking reduced tickets (such as child tickets 2-10 years old) as Sagrada Familia often asks for ID as proof of age.
Can I bring a bag with me into the Sagrada Familia?
Yes, but you can only bring small bags and backpacks. They will be checked before you enter the church. If you are going to climb the towers you have to leave backpacks in security lockers located at the base of the towers and costing €1.00.
Does the Sagrada Familia have a dress code?
Yes. In the Cathedral, both men and women are asked to wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees. It is sufficient to bring extra coverings (e.g., a scarf) with you and to put them on before entering to the holy areas.
