We thoroughly enjoyed our Dinner & Fado tour with Raquel Azedo. She was personable, funny, and highly informative about the history of Fado, as well as the history and culture of Lisbon. The highlight of the tour, of course, was the dinner and Fado at the O Segredo D’Alfama restaurant. The meal was excellent, as were the musicians and two singers we heard (unfortunately, we were outside waiting for our ride back to the hotel at the time, so missed hearing our hostess, Maria, sing). Fado music is so passionate and emotional—what a treat to experience it in such an intimate setting. We loved the two Devour tours we had in Lisbon and look forward to more in the future!

Very interesting tour. Our guide Jaime was excellent. He shared with us the history of the city, FADO, traditional food and much more. The walk was amazingly planned and showed us the beauty and charm of the Lisbon oldest parts and neighborhoods. The final dinner with the FADO music was breath taking.

Is this tour accessible for wheelchairs, strollers or for those with mobility impairments?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, or for wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can arrange your visit.
How much walking does this tour involve?
This is a walking tour that requires uphill and downhill walking on uneven streets, including a couple fairly steep streets. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty and we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
