Excellent

Sintra is absolutely one of a kind! Entering Pena Palace an hour before the public was an unforgettable experience—our small group of ten had the entire palace to ourselves for a full hour. It felt truly magical, and I can’t imagine visiting any other way. That alone was worth the price of the tour! But there was so much more to enjoy. Our guide, Raquele, was incredible—warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Portugal and Sintra. She brought the history of each place to life in such a fun and engaging way. We also had some free time at the end to explore the town, and Raquele’s food recommendations were spot-on. As a solo traveler, I loved meeting others in the group and sharing the experience together. This isn’t my first tour with Walks of Europe, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Their guides are consistently top-notch, and this tour was no exception.

Magical and incredible excursion: we really loved our day! We chose the Sintra excursion with a visit to Quinta da Regaleira and the Pena Palace with VIP access: we had the palace privatized for us, after closing to the public, it was just incredible and unreal!! We were super excited to see the palace empty with no one inside, since it's usually a crowded place. Our guide Ann-Elisa was super nice and wanted to make us happy by sharing her knowledge. The ride was super comfy and chill in the air-conditioned mini van. I totally recommend this activity It's worth the price

This trip was amazing our tour guide Jamie was outstanding. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Our driver Carmelo was also friendly and a great driver. All the places were awesome and the Palace was the stuff fairy tales are made of

This private tour was the highlight of our trip! Getting early access to Pena Palace was magical — no crowds, just stunning views and peaceful moments. Our guide Cecila was absolutely wonderful: kind, knowledgeable, and great with our whole family. Our driver Joseph was also terrific. They made the day fun, relaxed, and full of fascinating stories. Sintra was beautiful, and everything was perfectly planned. Highly recommended for families looking for a special, stress-free experience!
