Exclusive Houses of Parliament Tour with Guided Visit & Skip-the-Line Westminster Abbey Tour

For me this was a huge disapointment. Why, because the Guided Tour of Parliament didn't occur and I have not received one solitary word or recompence from Get Your Guide. I booked this tour on the 14th of January 2025 at a cost of $314.10 Australian which of course was for the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey and we were not informed of any alterations until the Tour Guide for Westminster Abbey arrived on the morning of the 26th of July 2025. It wasn't just me affected but also an American Couple who were also hoping for the tour of the Houses of Parliament. The Tour Guide notified Get Your Guide by test message on that morning but it didn't make any difference, no response. I am looking to go further with my complaint because a similar issue occurred with a tour in Malta involving the same Company. As a seasoned traveller I expect the odd glitch but not two with the same Company. My strong advice, don't use this Company as thy are incompetent and uncaring.

Meeting point was somewhat difficult to find

The title is misleading however, because we never saw the Houses of Parliament whatsoever from the interior. I specifically booked this tour because of its pairing with the Abbey, thinking I would get two for one. We just toured the Abbey (which was excellent) but not Parliament. I could have booked to see the Commons through their website, but didn't because of this tour. Now they are all sold out.... Don't understand why this is advertised when we don't actually go there. Otherwise seeing and touring the Abbey was excellent, informative, and moving. Guide Kim was very good.
