Great
The tour guide was very educated and knowledgeable. There was a moderate amount of walking, so be prepared. The only real disappointment was the tour guide left just before we enter the last supper. The tour guide provided by the museum narrated only in Italian. I don't know whether this was policy or not as she did speak English and, I think, Spanish. People were told afterwards they should have downloaded the free narration in other languages. That's pretty lame in my opinion.

Excellent
Magnificent stroll through Milan! Susanna was highly knowledgeable and gave interesting background on all the sights. We learned about the influence of the different conquering groups in northern Italy (eg Austrians, French), about the evolution of the Brera Museum through the centuries, the artwork in the Sforza Castle and the creation and restoration of The Last Supper. Highly recommended!!

Excellent
This was a lovely guided trip. We felt we got to see and learn a lot in this short amount of time. Great way to tick off some art and historical bucket list things in Milan. The guide was excellent. Bring a water bottle; walking in the heat makes this a must.

Excellent
Fabulous and knowledgeable tour guide. Sylvia was amazing. Marta was amazing at the battlements. One of the best tours that I went on.

Good
We were disappointed to discover that our tickets to The Last Supper were not part of our tour. Upon arriving for our tour, we were handed a paper form which gave us an allocated time to complete our visit to The Last Supper. Our time was close to 5 hours after our tour ended. This meant other plans had to be changed and that we did not have a guide with us when looking at The Last Supper. Whilst I understand it is difficult to attain tickets to The Last Supper, I also understand the company had ample time to notify us in advance of situation. The lack of communication was unacceptable . Our guide was awesome and gave a great tour of the castle and historical information on the area, the companys lack of communication is no reflection on our awesome guide.
