Excellent
Derrin was an excellent tour guide. It.was informative and set a good pace for the walk. We enjoyed our time at Mardi Gras World. The videos of how Mardi Gras began, trying on some costumes and the customer service of the wonderful woman at the front desk was great.

Excellent
On the website it said there would be a “Second line” experience and it did not happen. It ended up not being a big deal because we got the experience with another tour. On the website it gave an ending point for the tour and that ending point was not possible due to traffic. According to the shuttle driver, that stop is never available at that timed day. The shuttle driver for Mardi Gras World was able to give us an alternate route back to our hotel. Neither of these things diminished our enjoyment of the tour but you might consider making the change on the website. Timothy was very personable and knowledgeable.

Good
Directions at the end of the tour were not clear. The bus driver only would take us as far as the Casino. We wondered about others in our group who were less mobile as walking back to our starting place took at least 20 minutes and being unfamiliar with the city we were thankful for our GPS to guide us back.

Great
Overall I think this was a very nice tour. My only suggestion is that it states we have a cocktail--- well we actually split 2 cocktails between6 persons which I thought was misleading. It would look nicer if we all actually had real glasses instead of plastic and we all were served 1 drink each
