Alice was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. The 9/11 history is sad but the stories of courage and sacrifice are incredible and both sides of the history were dealt with with equal depth.we should not forget the tragedy , the sacrifice but also the hope for a better future and Alice made sure we wont !

A very moving experience. Have wanted to pay my respects for many years and this tour had the right balance of respect to those who had died and imparting local knowledge which I dont feel we would have got if we bypassed the tour side of this experience. The weather was not on our side during this. Our tour guide (Kevin) tried to keep us undercover for some of this, but with the nature of this tour, you will be in the outside elements for much of this.
