Excellent
Our tour guide, Emmeline, was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the events of 9/11. She also was very kind to fill us in and allow us to join the group after taking a wrong subway and arriving late! (The tour operator also communicated with us as we were en route and helped us catch up with the tour already in progress. Excellent service!)

Sarah was our guide and she was very informative and a joy to be with. This was for the first hour of the tour. We were then given our tickets for the museum that we did on our own. We done this two years ago but rushed it. This time we spent five hours walking round and taking it all in. New additions of people who experienced it first hand. This was recordings of telephone call messages and actual interviews with survivors. Take your time with this museum visit. There is a lot to see and hear. It is well worth it.
