Excellent
Our tour guide, Emmeline, was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the events of 9/11. She also was very kind to fill us in and allow us to join the group after taking a wrong subway and arriving late! (The tour operator also communicated with us as we were en route and helped us catch up with the tour already in progress. Excellent service!)
