Our guide, Craig, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and friendly. By the end of the tour we felt like we were hanging out with friends. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it. We liked the local feel of the stops and the wide variety of flavors and ethnicities we experienced. There was something for all tastes. We highly recommend this tour!

Emmeline is a fantastic tour guide sharing the history of the Lower East Side with its local delicacies and her own food stories. The tours have a maximum of 12 people, so it is friendly. There are six stops en route over three enjoyable hours. You’ll definitely be full up by the end so consider skipping breakfast!

Craig was a fabulous guide. He really guided us through different lower East side waves of migration and reinvention and the food that came with it . He is just the perfect guide- knowledgeable, accessible, gentle and lovely. The many food bites were all delicious and all very different!
