Such an amazing experience! Our guide was great. Making it onto the first boat in advance was the way to go. No lines, great spot on boat. Recommend highly!

Our tour guide Mary absolutely made the tour extra special! Boat, tour, and falls tours all fun! Handling of tickets/lines made it simple for all. Loved the first on the boat start. Well worth the cost. Parking is not cheap anywhere close. We parked in the casino parking deck. The walking is broken up in small sections with stops for great stories. The longest walk is after tour back to the beginning but you’re own your own and can do that at your own pace. Highly recommend this tour. Find Mary as your tour guide!

This is a long walking tour but not fast paced, so comfortable to do. The cruise, walk behind the falls and information about areas around Niagara were good. I had an issue with my booking, but that was with booking staff and not the tour itself.

Daniel was an excellent tour guide full of facts and trivia. We are here late in the season, so we were glad to find a company still operating! The Maid of the Mist boats are already docked for the winter. We loved the front of the line experience, even though the lines were short. I’m sure in the summer crowds that would be well worth it! The walking tour and cave experience was the best! My only complaint was that we didn’t realize how wet we would get. With lots of stores closed there was hardly a place to buy dry socks for my son. Fortunately I did but his shoes were soaked and it was very cold. Perhaps selling or offering shoe covers? Recommending on your website? The ponchos worked well, just not for the shoes. Thank you very much! Your company made our trip to Niagara a wonderful memory! Even though we were wet and cold, We would highly recommend it to others. So grateful you were still available into November!
