Our guide, was very knowledgeable and I appreciated her talk. The only drawback was the chaotic nature of the Museum itself. I think it was the museum's policy that contributed to this. It took way too long to even get started. Saying that, I will definitely use your company again because we have had very successful tours before.

I loved the tour guides. Did both the Louvre and Musée D’Orsay. Thé guides were very knowledgeable. This was just a taste of the art in both locations, and is by no means a comprehensive tour, which would not be possible in two hours. On both tours, we were requested to be there 15 minutes in advance of the start time. In each instance, there were several people who showed up about 10 minutes after the start time, or 25 minutes late. The rest of the group was held up waiting for them. I would suggest telling participants at the point of confirmation that they need to show up 15 minutes in advance and that the tour starts promptly at the designated time. This is a respect to the majority who can follow instructions.
