Amazing tour! Elise was our tour guide and she was AMAZING!! Hilarious, kind, charming, and incredibly knowledgeable! She answered all my many, many questions and set very clear expectations of what to expect from the beginning and along the way. It was a freezing cold day but she handled it with such charm and humor that it felt much less miserable! Elise also gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip and explained the Paris map system in a way that has already helped us navigate the city better! We would take a million more tours from her! She also made everything sound so amazing that we’re going back to the places she showed us to explore even more! Merci beaucoup, Elise!!

I use a wheelchair. Can I take this tour?

Unfortunately, this tour route is not fully wheelchair accessible. However, an alternate route can be arranged to accommodate visitors in wheelchairs. Is this tour accessible for wheelchairs, strollers or for those with mobility impairments?

Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, or for wheelchairs or strollers. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can arrange your visit.

What can I bring inside the Louvre Museums?

Please note that the Louvre will not allow large items inside the museum, so you should bring only a small daypack or handbag. More specifically, only bags smaller than 21.5 in x 13.5 in x 7.5 in (55 cm x 35 cm x 20) cm are permitted. Suitcases and large bags must be left outside. Closed, clear bottles of water are allowed inside the Louvre however food is forbidden inside the site. Please be advised that the use of selfie sticks and flash photography is not allowed inside the Louvre. Additional security checks may cause longer waits at unavoidable security lines at times.

Do I need to bring an ID with me on this tour?

Yes! Please ensure that all members of your party, including children, have a valid ID on them on the day of the visit.
