The small town stop was enjoyable. The cheese/meat tasting good. Castle stop was good for photos but not sure if it was worth the time, felt like a time filler. A stop at a roadside panoramic viewpoint would have been just as good in my opinion. The farm stop and meal was very enjoyable. Allowed for the group to chat and bond a bit as well. The vineyard stop was enjoyable. I dislike having a "tour" at each vineyard we've been to. The vineyards should offer the tour and allow others not interested to purchase a glass of wine to enjoy while tour takes place. We have been on several tastings and not interested in the barrels and bottling/aging of every vineyard. I had a bit of trouble hearing/understanding the guide with speaker system and her accent. I put headphones on during the ride and listened to music instead. Drive was approximately 2.5 hours each way. Drive to Tuscany was a bit better as we had stops to break up the drive.

I highly recommend this tour. Penzia was lovely. The farm lunch was outstanding and our hosts were entertaining and welcoming. The wine tasting in Montalcino was informative and fun. The only suggestion I would have would be to shorten overall length or the tour.

This tour is great value and a wonderful experience. You get a nice trip to Tuscany without the hassle of worrying about transportation. Chiara, our tour guide, was amazing and showed us all around including great amounts of historical and cultural information. The small town of Pienza is classically charming, lunch at the farm was amazing and the wine tasting was great. You definitely get enough wine and food that you arrive back at Rome only needing a snack for dinner. A wonderful experience overall. Thank you for a great day!

This tour is a great relaxing getaway from hectic Rome. The countryside is amazing and the stops were interesting and enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great tour and is priced as a premium tour.
