My husband and I signed up for a tour of Tuscany. It went very well The meeting place was easy to get to and the people guiding the tour were organized. We were on our way out of Rome with a great guide who gave us an overview of the day ahead and talked about points of interest until we got on the main highway. The bus was comfortable and stopped about an hour after driving to let us stretch out legs and use the bathroom. We had several stops, first at a town famous for its cathedral, we visited a shop that made cheese and meats, and were given time to tour the town. Lunch at a Tuscan farm was delicious and fun especially because of our guide and the owner of the farm kept the conversation going about soccer, wine, the farm and local history in Tuscany. We ended with a winery tour and tasting of excellent red wines. The driver and tour guide had us back in Rome at exactly 8 pm. This tour required us to get on and off the bus, walk short distances on cobbled streets and unpaved areas, but it was fairly easy and appropriate for us. This tour allowed us to see the country side that is very different than the city and southern regions. Tuscany is beautiful and the tour made me want to return for a longer visit.

Everything about our tour to Tuscany was perfect - the tour guide, the places we visited, the food, the wine. I’m so glad we booked this tour, and would happily do it again.
The Tuscany tour was amazing! Julio was our guide and he was great. Every stop was fantastic and filled with good fun and better food (and wine!). The tour was very well organized, would highly recommend walks of Italy for any tour!
Chiara was an excellent guide. She provided a very interesting overview of the history and culture of Tuscany. Every aspect of the tour went smoothly and we especially enjoyed the small group experience. The farm house lunch was one of the best meals we had while in Italy.
