Great
The guide was great, she had a great deal of knowledge on Venice and was willing to share it all with us. If you had any questions, she would answer them or tell you she did not know. We even asked about things not on the tour and she had no problem helping us out. The length of the tour was just right, any longer and I think people would have started to loose interest.

Great
I was able to confirm the tour was still taking place despite the rain. I liked the ear piece to help me hear the tour guide. The content was interesting and I saw more of Venice than I would have. Well organized. Loved the gondola ride!

Wow! This tour was awesome it had a little bit of everything I wanted to see and do in Venice. Our tour guide Virginia was so knowledgeable and kind. She made sure no one got left behind and you could tell she really had a love for what she was talking about. I will recommend this tour to any of my friends who visits Venice! 5 stars ??

Our intro to Venice tour was fabulous! Our tour guide Nico was excellent and it was a wonderful way to become familiar with such a vibrant city. We saw sights off the beaten path as well as some of the most popular attractions. Could have spent all day listening to Nico tell us about his city.

Campo San Giacomo di Rialto is located just to the west of the Rialto Bridge, towards the Rialto Market. Please meet 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.

FAQs

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
No. Unfortunately, due to site restrictions we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. If you use a wheelchair and book this tour by accident, we are happy to offer you credit for a future tour that is wheelchair accessible anywhere in the world, or a full refund.
Does St. Mark's Basilica have a dress code?
Yes. Because it is a holy place, St. Mark's Basilica insists that both men and women wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees. They can and will refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this standard and we can't do anything about it, so come prepared.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
Does this tour always visit the Rialto Market?
The Rialto Market is closed on Mondays. If you take the tour on a Monday we will still visit Rialto but you won't see as much activity around the market.
Can I take a bag with me into St. Mark's Basilica?
You can only take small bags into St. Mark's. Anything bigger than a purse - backpacks or luggage - is prohibited. There is no coat check either, so do not bring any large bags with you.
Does my guide accompany me on the gondola ride?
No. During your gondola ride you will be alone with maximum 5 other people and your Venetian gondoliere. This experience is much better as quiet time. Just sit back, relax and soak up the beauty of the city's canals.
Can I take a gondola ride if I use a wheelchair?
No. Unfortunately, gondolas are not wheelchair accessbile.
