Coming from a chef and culinary educator in NY a friend and I who is also a fellow vegan chef wanted to have some fun in Italy and this sounded like a fun thing to do both of us had made pasta many times before but we really enjoyed the class and the instructors they were able to accommodate her diary requirements and we just had a blast. And really when in Italy we can both now say we made pasta the real Italian way- would do it again was a lot of fun

Marco was fabulous, from the time of gathering until the finish of the evening he made every effort to not only get to know all members of the group, he also made sure everyone was totally and completely satisfied with his explanation of the food, traditions and the physical area we were exploring. In honesty, this ended up being much more than just a food tour of Florence. I would hope that in the future, a bio of the guides could be provided as part of the booking experience.

I highly recommend the Colosseum and Roman Forum tour with Walks of Italy. Our tour guide, Massimo, was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the ruins. He is also very personable and funny. It was a rainy day, which could have ruined the tour, but he made the best of the situation making the tour fun despite the weather. My teenagers loved the tour, saying it was one of their favorite activities during our Italian vacation. I highly recommend Massimo and the tour.

Alma, our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. I appreciated the small group that we had. It kept us together nicely. The tour put everything we saw in perspective and I doubt we would have gotten that without the guide.
