Excellent tour, Amber, our guide very well-versed in both van Gogh the museum and as an art historian, many other aspects of the art world. I would highly recommend this tour. She provides “whisper devices” so that we could hear her without standing right next to her. It’s far better than trying to do the museum on your own, even with their audio guide.

The tour was absolutely fantastic and incredibly thorough. I learned so much about Van Gogh, and left with an even greater desire to explore his history further. Our guide was full of fascinating facts and stories—so much so that even passersby couldn’t resist eavesdropping! He also did an excellent job navigating the crowds in the museum. I highly recommend this tour if you're in Amsterdam!

We had a very courteous, friendly and interesting guide who answered our questions competently and led us through the entire exhibition. We were even allowed to spend the remaining half hour until closing time exploring the exhibition on our own. A guided tour like this cannot be compared to an audio guide and I would always prefer that. Highly recommended.
