Excellent
If you’re wondering if it’s worth it to set the alarm super early and get up for this tour, it absolutely is. When we get up to the Parthenon, just a few other groups were milling around and getting to see it without massive crowds was really special. By the time we were on our way down a couple of hours later, it was swamped and I was so glad we’d opted to see it this way. Our guide, Sofia, was really knowledgeable and the tour was well-paced. We considered a lot of tours before booking, and this was definitely the way to go.

We had such a great tour in Athens seeing the Acropolis with a very knowledgeable guide. The tour was nice and early before the crowds and we had a great experience and got to ask heaps of questions and learn a lot more then if we went ourself.

Great tour before crowds. Melina was an excellent guide. She took care of all of her group well. We had some mature members that needed lifts and she was very good at assisting them. Small tour groups is nice. The tour length is good and early access is a must. Museum tour great to get you started. Book it!

Our tour guide, Melina, was on time and exactly at the location described. She spoke good English and also gave us all ear phones so it was very easy to hear her explanations. There were 9 people on our tour. She was a wealth of information. The tour was well paced as we walked up the acropolis and arrived at the Parthenon before the huge crowds. She gave us some free time just to soak in this historical place. She answered all questions and had very good explanations about the history and the architecture. We walked back down and passed by the temple used to worship Athena and then passed by 2 theaters, one still in use. We then went to the Acropolis Museum where Melina took us on a brief but informative tour. We then could take as much time as we wanted at this museum. It was an excellent and exhausting tour.
