The guide was excellent as was the food and wine. Very informative and highly recommend. A great way to learn some history as well as some food unique to Bordeaux.

This was a fantastic trip!!!!!
Being slightly out of season (11th Sept 25) the three of us were the only people on the tour and our guide was simply superb. We had flown in the night before and used this walking tour to get our bearings and we walked all around the city centre sampling delicious food as we went, we even stopped for a cooked lunch which was included!!
We all agreed that this was one of the best trips we had ever been on and we would highly recommend this tour, just don't eat before you go on this and wear comfy shoes.

Our guide Sylvie was very engaging and knowledgeable about all the pastries, cheeses, breads and wine we enjoyed on the walking tour. It was quite literally a lovely walk through the beautiful streets of Bordeaux built. And the shop keepers where we stopped to enjoy our foods and wine were exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful end to our trip to France!

A wonderful morning exploring and sampling the sights and tastes of beautiful Bordeaux. Sylvie was the perfect guide - full of stories and local knowledge. Skip breakfast. You'll be well looked after with plenty of eats and treats along the way. One of our favourite walking tours - we'll be sure to seek out other Devour Tours on our travels in future!

This food tour was well organized. Sylvie, the guide took us to a variety of places. She was punctual and professional. All the places served great food. For me, the chocolatine at the boulangerie, the cheese tasting and the simple lunch of veal marengo were really outstanding. I would definitely recommend this food tour. I was very satisfied with the quality and quantity of food!

Our guide Sylvie was straight out of central casting, a lovely, knowledgeable French woman. The food and drink along the way were amazing (don’t have breakfast before). Just learning about the multitude of grape / wine varieties was kind of mind boggling. I would have preferred a bit more history, but it was two & 1/2 hours well spent.

The food was exceptional. Usually on these tours you get the standard food of the area however the food we had was certainly a level above. We also received great history of the area while walking from one place to the next. Antoine was fantastic and full of great information.
