Bordeaux Ultimate Food Tour

I was in Bordeaux for a weekend for a friend's wedding so I was looking for a quick way to explore the city and I absolutely love food tours. This was a great way to quickly try different foods I wouldn't have considered otherwise. I ended up returning to the chocolate and cheese place with my friends to pick up some cheese to bring home. The wine tasting was also interesting since it happened in a tiny shop, I wished there was a little more variety there. I'd recommend this tour to anyone interested in trying out what Bordeaux has to offer besides wine.

Excellent tour, each of the food stops was great. Particularly liked the wine shop and the cheese store. Tour guide did a great job, it was her first tour with Devour and she did a wonderful job

Travelling with two friends. We found Sylvie to be an excellent guide, she clearly loves her work and brought us to some lovely places, providing a good insight into Bordeaux, its history, culture and surrounding areas. It was the perfect introduction to Bordeaux. While the food and wine was fantastic, Sylvie made the tour for us with her great sense of humour and enthusiasm. We would highly recommend the tour.

GREAT way to visit Bordeaux and taste the local cuisine. What FUN!! Joshua was a great guide & the food was delicious! We started with breakfast croissants, had a great lunch, wine tasting & chocolate tastings. This was a great way to visit Bordeaux!

Enjoy generous treats from independent, small businesses I was dubious about value for money when booking this tour, imagining a few cheese, chocolate and wine tasters in commercial establishments along the way. But happy to say I was completely wrong. Our fabulous guide, Sylvie, was warm, friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed generous portions of treats at numerous independent, small businesses run by passionate proprietors as well as being given a very informative tour of beautiful Bordeaux. We started with a warm, flaky chocolatine at Boulangerie Louis Lamour. Followed by: Cassonade Cannelés, a lunch, cheeses Chez Delphine, chocolate, a delicious dune blanche, and of course rounding off with wine, at Pied a Terre. Thoroughly recommended!

Joshua was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him as a guide.

It was an enjoyable, engaging and entertaining tour of Bordeaux. All of the food and wine selections were excellent! Our guide, Sylvia, did a great job.

This was seriously one of the highlights of our trip. Carefully curated stops, incredible food, lots of interesting history of Bordeaux and the region that you really won't get anywhere else. Highly recommended.
