This tour, hosted by Brian, was pretty great! We were an eclectic bunch and Brian found ways to be inclusive and personable with everyone. The history he shared was awesome, and he even had some hacks for getting into certain places. The day I went, the pirate museum was the open option, and I'm really glad I elected to do that. I learned a lot about pirate culture, and really took my time exploring all of the different readings. I walked out with a new perspective. In my personal experience, if you do this tour, make a day of staying in Salem and don't book anything else. I made that mistake and winded up missing out on another event I booked later in the day. Salem has plenty to do anyway!

You'll travel by commuter train instead of ferry. The walking tour follows a slightly different route, but visits all the same key sites.
