Excellent
Our guide, Elizabeth, was informative and personal. Her knowledge of the history of Salems architecture and witch hysteria is vast, and her ability to listen to the needs of the group is commendable. She even guided my sister and I to a great restaurant and beat the fall crowds by sitting at the bar! The ferry ride was well-narrated too, complete with corny jokes and friendly bar service. Smooth sailing all the way!

Excellent
Wonderful guide and tour. I do wish we had known ahead of time that we werent going to be taken back to the train station at the end. The guide did give us good directions/instructions. I like that there were less than 16 people.

Excellent
Brian our guide was excellent and knowledgeable about the whole history of Salem, not just the witch trials. He was friendly with a good sense of humour. He spoke to everyone on the tour as we went around to make everyone feel welcome. He kept us moving at a reasonable pace to get to see all the interesting places 10/10 to Brian.

Excellent
It was Halloween time in Salem so it was a bit crazier than normal. There was a lot of walking which we didnt realize when we signed up but it did give a more personal tour than being on a bus. I like to take pictures and was able to get lots of good ones. Elizabeth B. was our guide and she was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She pointed out lots of details and answered all questions. We went at a perfect time because there was a lot of people around but not too crazy since it was near Halloween.
