Ultimate Dublin Food Tour

We try and participate in a food tour whenever we travel and this one did not disappoint! Gabrielle, our wonderful, personable guide, truly understands the farm to fork experience and was eloquent in her sharing! From tea/coffee with a sausage roll, baklava and stuffed dates at Tang, a charcuterie of cheeses, chorizo, chicken liver pate, to sharing oysters at The Seafood Cafe owned by Niall Sabongi, and ending with a traditional roast luncheon- everything was superd! Thank you for a most splendid experience!

Gabrielle was an amazing guide, sharing her love of Dublin and the finer food the region provides. A true farm to table type of experience. Many hidden gems found here in Dublin under great guidance!

Gabrielle was our tour guide and she was passionate about her job and the locations at which we had tastings. She also asked any questions we threw her way about recommendations for food near our accommodation.

Great food tour. Each of the food/restaurant selections were delicious. Started with coffee and an upscale pork roll that was sooo good. We went to Fallon & Byrne for cheese and chorizo and a chicken liver pate with onion jam-both were incredible-btw there are vegetarian options for each venue. Other foods were a babka and stuffed date-yummy, fresh oyster and crab two ways on toasted bread, a delicious plate of roast beef and creamy gravy with roasted carrot broccolini and purée celiac. The finishing touch was homemade ice cream! Our tour leader D was great. Knowledgeable and friendly and made the tour memorable. A great experience.

Gabrielle insured an excellent experience. Everything was Farm to Fork and a great variety. The roast was the best I've ever had! I highly enjoyed the tidbits of local pop culture and sites that were thrown in between stops. I highlyrecommend!

We almost cancelled this tour a few days before. We saw it would be raining, and we were a bit 'tour-ed out.' I am so glad we didn't! Gabrielle was a lovely guide, and we were blown away by the modern and classic flavors of Dublin. Thank you for showing us so many out-of-the way places that were locally owned. We went back to one of the restaurants later in our trip.

Gabrielle has wonderful energy and enthusiasm. She’s also very knowledgeable and made the tour fun, informative and satisfying experience from start to finish.

Gabrielle showed us some amazing places and interesting stories about them. it was my first Food Tour, but it won’t be the last one. enjoyed the small group and the food.
