Excellent
Frederico was amazing! Such a passionate, informed and knowledgeable guide who knew the exact amount of information to pitch to his group and always happy for questions. We so loved how he asked us not to look at David until we were in the perfect spot - it made it fun and the unveiling perfect. Once in a lifetime experience and if you are fortunate enough to have Frederico- well, what an incredible experience you will have. Loved it ??

Loved our guide, she was amazing! When we tried to call, we couldn’t get through to find our guide and location and we started late , which wasn’t our guide’s fault. Better communication and responsiveness from guest services would have been helpful!

We loved the city tour with Eleanora. We had booked a walking tour with entrance to Accademia. When the museum was unexpectedly closed, Eleanora adapted with a more extended city tour. She also stopped at a ticket office to assist us in purchasing Accademia tickets for the next day. She is an amazing guide, full of interesting information and stories to make the history come alive for us. We continue to be impressed with the excellent experiences with Walks. Millegrazie Eleanora e Walks!
