Greta was a fantastic tour guide! This tour is so worth it and I highly recommend doing it! Skipping all the lines is fantastic by itself but the addition of having such a knowledgeable guide made our tour so perfect!

What a beautiful city! Every where you look, there are beautiful sites to see. The only downside was the crowds. Apparently, everyone has the same idea about visiting this wonderful city with its breathtaking art and fantastic food. This tour is a great introduction to the highlights of the city and allows you to bypass the lines to see the statue of David and the inside of the city’s awesome cathedral. Don’t miss it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br />We had an amazing experience with Alma on our Walks of Italy tour in Florence! She was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the history of Florence truly come alive. Her passion for the city and its art kept us interested the entire time. We learned so much and had such a fun, memorable day. Highly recommend Alma and Walks of Italy!

We had been in Florence for a couple of days but wanted to learn more about the city so we took this tour and glad we did!
Eleanor was our tour guide and she was BEYOND EXCELLENT! She was very knowledgeable, personable and engaging with us. We could have done the museum and Duomo tour on our own but would have never learned as much as we learned from her. She also took us on a tour of the highlights of the city and ended the tour down by the River.
Overall a 10/10 and would highly recommend Eleanor.

The best way to see all the major sites in Florence. We had a lovely tour guide who was very knowledgeable about both art and history. It is a long walking tour, so if you can’t walk long distances this is not for you. Wear comfortable shoes!

Do I need to bring my ID with me on this tour?
Yes! This is especially important if you have purchased a student ticket because the museums will check when we arrive.
Does the Florence Duomo have a dress code?
Yes. The Florence Duomo is a holy place and as such, you are expected to wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees when you enter. It is also prohibited to enter the Cathedral and climb to the Terraces and Cupola wearing flip-flops, slippers, clogs and shoes with heels.
Will visiting during Easter or Christmas impact my tour?
During the Christmas and Easter periods, due to increased visitor traffic, the Duomo skip-the-line option is not guaranteed. As a result, you may encounter a wait before entering the Duomo.
Can I use a wheelchair on this tour?
Yes, but we require advance notice in order to accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. After booking, please contact us so that we can organize a private tour for you. If we cannot find a guide to lead you that day we'll offer you the same tour on the next available date or give you credit for another tour anywhere else in the world.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
Can I bring my bag into Florence Duomo?
Larger backpacks are not allowed inside Florence Duomo. Please make sure to only bring small handbags on this tour.
