Excellent
Elena was a happy, bright, enthusiastic and passionate guide, who was so easy to listen too. My husband and i along with our 10 year old throughly enjoyed the 3 hour tour, we fit in alot and had just the right amount of commentary. Although toward the end of the season it felt that Elena put 100% into the tour ensuring we got the most out of our time in Florence - Thank you

Great
On a very rainy morning, our guide Victoria was amazing at navigating the busy streets in Florence and the long lines for every venue, while delivering wonderful descriptions of all that we were able to see! She was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient as were all of the Walks guide with whom we worked. I would absolutely recommend the Walks experiences when visiting Italy!

Excellent
This is an amazing way to see the highlights of florence in a short amount of time. Our guide Antonio was amazing. After the tour he stood around for a couple of minutes to give recommendations on more things to see and do. we did have this tour on a rainy day and even with that it was still amazing. you meet up in a central square and walk over to the gallery to see the david. there is a short 3-5 minute wait to get in but antonio talks through the history while you wait in line. once inside he highlights a couple of paintings and we continue onto the david. here he gives you about 5 minutes to get individual pictures of the david. we then had a bathroom break before continuing on to the cathedral. we also saw other sites such as the lucky boar, the leather market, and ponte vecchio. i would recommend supplementing this tour with tickets to the cupola and the bell tower climb.
