Terrific, fun, informative tour. We had a lovely group from Canada, Australia and the U.S., and our tour guide Laura was just marvelous. Oh, and the food and wine were outstanding. Can’t recommend this tour highly enough!

Paolo is an excellent guide and knows the area and its history well. The trip was leisurely and we were able to talk with Paolo and the fellow tourists without feeling rushed. The food was generally good and the wine — and there was lots of it — was excellent.

My parents (ages 79 &80) and I joined the Oltrarno at Sunset: Florence Food & Wine Tour in July, 2024. It was an incredible way to see the less tourist filled neighborhoods, meet great people and enjoy delicious local food. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Florence and shared it in a relaxed, friendly manner. You could feel her love for Florence. The group easily accommodated my parent’s slower pace. Can I use a wheelchair on this tour?

Yes, but we require advance notice in order to accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. After booking, please contact us so that we can organize a private tour for you. If we cannot find a guide to lead you that day we'll offer you the same tour on the next available date or give you credit for another tour anywhere else in the world.

What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?

Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.

Will my tour run in the order that is described?
