We loved Daniella. This is the best way to see both Uffizi and academia in a single day. Without a guide, I’m not sure how you would know what to look at amongst all the art. Daniella did a great job pointing out the highlights and was so friendly and knowledgeable.

We just took the Florence In A Day with David, Duomo, Uffizi & Walking Tour and loved it! Our tour guide, Luciana, made the tour extra special with her extensive knowledge and wonderful personality. We have two kids ages 11 and 14 and they also had a wonderful time. We all definitely recommend this tour.

The tour guide had an excellent knowledge of art history. Unfortunately, between his accent and the distortion of the earpiece, it was difficult to understand his commentary. I also felt rushed at times, wanting to spend longer at certain stops. I think the tour would have benefited from allowing a free time period at each museum stop to pursue items of personal interest.

Absolutely marvelous tour. My guests had only one day to spare passing through Florence, and this was perfect to ensure that they saw the essentials. Tour guide was delightful. All extremely well organized and coordinated, amid very difficult circumstances with a special event going on in the city, and especially with regard to skip-the-line ticketing.

Can I use a wheelchair on this tour?
Yes, but we require advance notice in order to accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. After booking, please contact us so that we can organize a private tour for you. If we cannot find a guide to lead you that day we'll offer you the same tour on the next available date or give you credit for another tour anywhere else in the world.
Do I need to bring my ID with me on this tour?
Yes! This is especially important if you have purchased a student ticket because the museums will check when we arrive.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
Do I get to enter the Duomo on this tour?
The Florence in a Day tour does not enter the Duomo because this attraction does not offer skip-the-line tickets. If you are interested in visiting the Duomo, your guide will give you some tips on when to go in order to beat the lines.
Is lunch provided on this tour?
No. You get a 1.5 hour break for lunch during which you can eat wherever you please. Your guide will be happy to give you recommendations for nearby restaurants to suit any price range.
