Great
I only have one suggestion regarding what was otherwise a wonderful tour. The hearing devices were only functional at best. Many times there was interference from other guide transmitters, and the earbud was ill-fitting, making understanding difficult. A better system would make this great tour even better!

Excellent
The tour of Florence in a day was was fantastic! Going to the Accademia seeing the statue of David, the Duomo and Uffizi gallery was wonderful, beautiful and beyond words to describe. Our guide Christiano was highly knowledgeable and well versed in art history. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys spending a few hours learning about the history of all these well known artists in Florence. Cheers, Denyse

Great
I was quite disappointed in the company's lack of communication. Our stated meeting location was under construction and there was no update on how to find our tour. After wandering around the designated piazza trying to locate a guide, I called the tour company and was told to meet near a fountain that didn't exist. This could have been handled much more efficiently if the company had just proactively contacted the tour guests by email with updated instructions

Good
Greta, our tour guide, was lovely and particularly guided the David and the Uffizi portions of the tour well. Overall, though, I was a bit disappointed with the tour, especially after having excellent Walks of Italy tour in Rome. We did not see several of the sights listed in the description. We also got a late start due to confusion caused by construction at the meeting point. We also didn’t get restaurant recommendations for lunch as promised, which I would have appreciated. Perhaps there is too much trying to be included in this tour—it would have been better to extend by an hour and see everything.

Excellent
We had an amazing tour guide and driver! The tour was well organized and very informative. Our stop at the vineyard was wonderful- our host, our food and the wine tasting could not have been better. This is our third walks tour and I highly recommend them.
