Bernardo made our Florence walking tour unforgettable. We learned so much! It ended up being a private tour, which was so fun for my husband and I. I so appreciated learning advancements in art techniques through the ages. It was fascinating! Bernardo also taught us how to order a proper sandwich. Best sandwich I've ever had!

Both museum tours were very informative. However, I was disappointed that the Duomo portion of the tour consisted of standing outside and looking at it while tour guide spoke.

We missed the start of our tour but using the live chat feature we were able to meet up with a new tour guide for the 2nd half of the tour. We can't say how much we appreciate the effort made to help us.

Our tour of "Florence in a Day" on Mon. Nov. 8,2022 was wonderful! Our tour guide was interesting, and extremely knowledgeable as he took us through the Academy to see "David" and the "Imprisoned" stone sculptures by Michelangelo, the Duomo and through the Uffizzi Gallery. We learned so much about the different artists, their styles and art's evolutions through the Renaissance. Thank you, and we look forward to more tours with Walks in the future.

Our tour guide Matt was so knowledgeable about art and history and his enthusiasm was infectious! We missed the beginning of the tour because of a logistical glitch on our part but figured out how to intercept them and he welcomed us in quickly and efficiently. It would have been helpful if there were a number to call to catch up to them, but it worked out. I learned so much and enjoyed the tour so much I hated to leave!
