Our tour guide was great! Although I can't remember his name I know he's from florence and has visited santa barbara in the past. He was very knowledgable, kind and made our tour one we'll remember for years to come! Loved the areas we visited especially the food and wines.

I would recommend this tour to anyone lucky enough to be visiting Florence! Our tour guide Paolo was wonderful & so knowledgeable about each magnificent spot we visited.

This tour guided by Paulo was one of the highlights of our three month tour of Europe. His knowledge about everywhere that we visited, extended to conversations about things that we were interested in and the driver was also very competent friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone considering doing a day tour to choose either this one or one of the others offered by the company. Thank you so much to everyone who made it possible for us to experience this.

We participated in the Tuscany Day trip-Chianti, Siena and San Gimigmano. After arriving at the meeting point we were divided into smaller groups, I believe two groups of six. This is a huge selling point as it allows for a more personal and intimate experience. Our handsome guide Nebo was wonderful. He was very engaging and provided so much information about the towns, the culture, history, geography and even further suggestions of things to do and try throughout Florence and Italy. We had a great group. Our first stop just outside the city walls to look down over Florence, gave us the most incredible vantage point! Then we were off to Siena. We had a little tour of the city, stopped at a quick cafe and then were left to explore, shop or tour the church which is quite beautiful. Next we headed to our lunch stop which was a quaint Chianti farmhouse/vineyard. We watched a quick pasta demonstration and then headed inside to enjoy lunch and learn about the wines from our host Niccolo. We tried four wines, olive oil, balsamic vinegars and had a wonderful plate of delicious cheeses and meats all while being entertained and educated by Niccolo and engaging in wonderful conversations with our new friends and guide. There is any opportunity to purchase the wines, oils and vinegars and they will ship and handle everything for you. We then departed for San Gimigmano. Another quaint town with shopping, the world champion of Gelato (yes it was that good) and again the most stunning views. I don’t know if every tour is like this but we felt that Nebo took us off the path to tucked away corners that the average person wouldn’t have found on their own and it was worth the many stairs and steep climbs to get there. The drive back was equally as beautiful engaging in good conversation. We arrived back around 5:30-6:00 at a location that was equally convenient for everyone (which was very considerate). We loved every minute of our day and fulfilled our desire to invest in experiences and not “stuff”.
