Tastes & Traditions of Lisbon Food Tour

We had a most enjoyable, informative, and delicious tour with our wonderful guide Rita Jardim--she was extremely knowledgable about everything, from the food we sampled and the businesses we visited, to many historical facts and anecdotes about Lisbon and Portugese culture. Truly a ten-out-of ten experience!

The food was varied and delicious and even though we are pescatarians we always felt cared for. Rita made the tour extra special as she is a knowledgeable and well spoken guide. The walking was not a problem and gave us the opportunity to see more of the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Goncalo was a superb guide. He was very good at explaining everything and capable of answering questions that we had. We have been to Lisbon many times before, so the foods were familiar, but he took us to the best for each food/beverage. We would highly recommend the tour, whether it is your first time in Lisboa, or you have been tthere before. Looking forward to doing more devour tours in other cities/countries.

Our Lisbon food tour was fantastic - Jaime was incredible , knowledgeable and his presentation and blend of information was easy to follow. His passion for his job is obvious and infectious. 4 hours flew by. The food was locally sourced as were the drink , great way to get to know the culture. Highly recommend.

Another great experience with a Devour Walks & Tasting tour ! Over last few years have tried their offerings in Madrid, Barcelona and now Lisboa. Their choices of sites, restaurants, tastings and even meals have been excellent. For sure, add drinks to your package. On this Taste & Traditions of Lisboa tour, our guide Borja was a true pro. Informed us of local history and customs, passed on little idioms about locations and foods to be tasted and helped our small group of different travelers be involved and have a camaraderie together. Will definitely look for others next trip and might even redo the same. Tour stops vary based on times.
