Maria R is a native Sevillian that is proud of, and extremely knowledgeable about, the City’s history and culture. She was full of anecdotes and stories which weaved together a rich tapestry to overlay the gastronomic pleasures to which she introduced us. The tour only focuses on locally owned and operated businesses, many of which have been in hands of the sand family for 100+ years. I could go on and on, but don’t want you to TLDR me…so do yourself a favor a book with Devour Tours and request Maria R!!!

Despite today being a holiday (Todos Los Santos) and thus a very busy time in Sevilla, my family greatly enjoyed our food tour! Our guide, Maria R was such a pro - friendly, clear, and knowledgeable. She was able to smoothly handle the busyness of the day and ensure our group had a good time - and we did! This is a great way to introduce yourself to the city and understand its traditions & culture. Our favourite part was having churros for breakfast. This tour takes you from breakfast to lunch. Highly recommend!!

This was our favorite tour! Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking us to great and historic family-run places that we never would have found on our own, interweaving rich history and captivating stories along the way. Devour Tours will be the first place I look for my next foodie tour experience while traveling! Our entire family loved it!

Maria R was a brilliant tour guide- fun and knowledgable and we all had a great time despite the inclement weather! I learnt so much and would never have visited the bars/ cafes/ markets/ convents without her! A brilliant way to spend part of the day sampling amazing food, meeting new people and having an amazing guide- highly recommmed!

The best chance to get to know Spanish dishes. Everything was incredible! Besides, Paula was an outstanding guide, speaking with such fluent English (with a funny American accent) that at first sight I thought she was from the US. She engages with everyone and fosters participation while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. So overall, as a German I could easily understand everything and follow every explanation. I couldn´t have imagined that the food in Spain would surpass my expectations the way this tour has offered me. I will surely miss it now that I am back home again. And surely I would repeat it if I return to Sevilla.
