This tour delivers what it promises, but if you have the time in London, I would recommend multiple, shorter tours. Up front, our guide was great. He was very informative, and not just at the stops, but in between as well thanks to the ear pieces provided at the onset. It goes without saying, but if you are going to see a lot of sights, you are going to cover a lot of ground. Be prepared to walk a lot but only as fast as your slowest tour group member. For us one of the selling points was the cruise. Be advised that the boat cruise is not given by the tour company but a third-party that everyone wanting a boat cruise on the Thames is using. When we arrived at the Pier we were advised that we had missed our boarding. While we were a few minutes behind, it was fairly evident that the boat, which was still there and moored to the pier, was likely at or near capacity already and that was likely why we were not allowed to board. We wound up waiting 45 minutes for an Uber boat. That may not have been a bad thing as it was far less crowded and our guide gave us great narration on our way to London Tower via the ear pieces. Ultimately we arrived on-time and got the full London Tower Tour. Note that you are only guided around the Tower grounds, but you are free to stay and tour the interior sights such as the Crown Jewels. Ultimately we got what we paid for. For us, since we had the time, I wish we would have done the river cruise and London Tower tour separate from our main tour, and I would have used the same company.
