My husband and I were in London for a short time but wanted an overview of London highlighting the important sights. This is it! Julia was personable and knowledgeable, answering questions and getting us into venues quickly. There was plenty of time to enjoy each spot we visited! Excellent tour!

In all honesty, I was a bit worried about booking a whole day tour, BUT I am so glad we did. Our tour guide, Karen, might have been the best tour guide we've ever had, and we've done a lot of tours. I admit it was a long day, but lunch and then the boat ride to the Tower of London gives a slight break in the middle. Great way to get a lot of the major focal points in London history. Highly recommend this tour.

Is the Guard Change ceremony happening the day of my tour?

Please note there is no Changing of the Guard ceremony on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It may also be subject to cancellation at any time it's scheduled to happen during the week. In this event, you will get to see the Horse Guards Parade (an arguably more impressive ceremony!) and the Ceremony of the Word at the Tower of London.

Can I take pictures in Westminster Abbey?

No. You are not allowed to take any photos while inside the Abbey. If you want a picture of the interior, you have to buy a postcard in the gift shop.

Can I take a bag into Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London?

Yes, but only small bags. Please note that for security reasons your bags will also be checked before you enter. Here is a list of prohibited items: Sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and screwdrivers Paint spray Padlocks, chains and climbing gear Items that make a noise (e.g. whistles) Banners, placards and flags Liquids that are not in sealable containers
