Excellent
Great walking tour with Patrick. Started with Westminster Abbey then to changing of the guard. Walked to Trafalgar Square for lunch. After lunch back to Westminster area to go on Thames boat cruise to the Tower of London. Saw the Crown Jewels and several other buildings and exhibits. Overall a great day.

Excellent
We had Alison as our guide and she was excellent! She is so knowledgable and made sure it was engaging for everyone. There were 15 people in our tour and ages ranged from young kids to senior. Def wear good shoes cause its a lot of walking. Lunch is only one hour so it is a bit rushed but otherwise the tour was amazing. Learned so much. Spend the money and skip the line for Westminster Abbey - worth every penny. We also got to watch the changing of the guard on our day.

This tour is absolutely worth every penny! Our guide Toby F. was so knowledgeable and we were so impressed with the details he provided during the tour!

Excellent
Dominic is absolutely wonderful! He was so knowledgeable about so many major events as well as many little known events. Before going into places that didnt allow tour guides, he provided so much more detailed information before our entry that once we entered we quickly realized that his knowledge and information was so much better than what was offered about the London Towers Jewels or the information about the different features along the Thames River during the riverboat tour. A must do tour, especially, if youre lucky enough to get Dominic. Highly recommend

Excellent
I can't say enough about Geoff and the tour route. We were traveling with our 12- and 13-year-old sons, and he made the descriptions and stories relevant and interesting for all ages. We saw a ton, but never felt rushed or lectured to - completely conversational. The "skip the line" was key, and timing to watch the changing of the guard was perfect. Highly recommend!

FAQs

Is the Guard Change ceremony happening the day of my tour?
Please note there is no Changing of the Guard ceremony on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It may also be subject to cancellation at any time it's scheduled to happen during the week. In this event, you will get to see the Horse Guards Parade (an arguably more impressive ceremony!) and the Ceremony of the Word at the Tower of London.
Can I take pictures in Westminster Abbey?
No. You are not allowed to take any photos while inside the Abbey. If you want a picture of the interior, you have to buy a postcard in the gift shop.
Can I take a bag into Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London?
Yes, but only small bags. Please note that for security reasons your bags will also be checked before you enter. Here is a list of prohibited items: Sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and screwdrivers Paint spray Padlocks, chains and climbing gear Items that make a noise (e.g. whistles) Banners, placards and flags Liquids that are not in sealable containers
