Great
At almost $200 per person for London in a day, I think it's a bit expensive! However, considering the time saved on long lines to Westminster Abbey, and the history behind the spots included in the tour, it's probably worth it.

Excellent
This was the first of several guided tours we did on our 2-week trip, and it set a high bar that almost every other failed to meet! Gavin was an excellent guide and the entire process, from booking to checking in to the structure and execution of the day, was top notch. In particular, Gavin did well at maneuvering us as a crowd and explaining why he was doing so, explaining what we could expect to see and what that meant, and overall structuring the day well. We had a break for lunch and to rest our feet which was very welcome, and there were plenty of opportunities to use the bathroom when needed. My husband and I are physically able-bodied, but I want to note that there are some parts of the tour (most notably when trying to catch the changing of the guard) that require a very quick walking pace that could cause some to fall behind. We did another full day tour with another company that wasn't half as good. Overall we really enjoyed the action-packed itinerary that let us see everything without being rushed and without wasting a single moment.

Is the Guard Change ceremony happening the day of my tour?
Please note there is no Changing of the Guard ceremony on Tuesdays. It may also be subject to cancellation at any time it's scheduled to happen during the week. In this event, you will get to see the Horse Guards Parade (an arguably more impressive ceremony!) and the Ceremony of the Word at the Tower of London.
Can I take pictures in Westminster Abbey?
No. You are not allowed to take any photos while inside the Abbey. If you want a picture of the interior, you have to buy a postcard in the gift shop.
Can I take a bag into Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London?
Yes, but only small bags. Please note that for security reasons your bags will also be checked before you enter. Here is a list of prohibited items: Sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and screwdrivers Paint spray Padlocks, chains and climbing gear Items that make a noise (e.g. whistles) Banners, placards and flags Liquids that are not in sealable containers
