We took a London in a day tour with Matthew, he was amazing and his knowledge and deliverance of all the historical facts was the best. It definitely made for a memorable day and we thank Matthew for that. I have booked 5 tours with walks while in a Europe and after the 1st one I am very confident I have gone with the right company. Many thanks Sarah V Australia

This tour had three main elements, and Matt, our guide did a great job of making meaningful connections between them. His explanations were always clear, we appreciated his sense of humour, and Matt also managed the needs of the group very helpfully throughout the day. I have no reservations about recommending this tour very highly.

Please note there is no Changing of the Guard ceremony on Tuesdays. It may also be subject to cancellation at any time it's scheduled to happen during the week. In this event, you will get to see the Horse Guards Parade (an arguably more impressive ceremony!) and the Ceremony of the Word at the Tower of London.

No. You are not allowed to take any photos while inside the Abbey. If you want a picture of the interior, you have to buy a postcard in the gift shop.
Can I take a bag into Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London?
Yes, but only small bags. Please note that for security reasons your bags will also be checked before you enter. Here is a list of prohibited items: Sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and screwdrivers Paint spray Padlocks, chains and climbing gear Items that make a noise (e.g. whistles) Banners, placards and flags Liquids that are not in sealable containers
