Hands down the highlight of our London vacation was the Changing of the Guard/Westminster tour with Patrick. He did an amazing job of guiding us through the crowds to find the best views, all the while providing fascinating information and historical detail. The tour was enjoyable and engaging and even though this was my 5th trip to London, I learned so much in our time together. Worth every pence! Thank you for a great morning!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, as are most tour guides that Viator uses, I have found. This tour has a lot of walking since it covers a large amount of territory so be prepared.

Patrick was great. The Guard was not in its regular place because they were practicing trouping the colors. He knew just where they were and we saw hundreds of guards practicing!

Could there be any site closures or changes to itinerary?
Please be advised that 'Changing of the Guard' can be cancelled last minute due to bad weather, and does not take place every day. On days this ceremony does not take place, guests will see the King's Life Guard Change, Horse Guards Parade. During inclement weather conditions, the Guard Change might not take place. We will only know this on the day of the visit. In these rare cases, you will still get a tour of the main sites, and will see the Horse Guard change. Please also note that access to the panoramic viewpoint may be limited due to local events.
