Excellent
This is an OUTSTANDING tour which I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in learning more about the amazing architecture and history of Grand Central Terminal. You will learn great information and many fun facts. In the normal rush of commuting, you often don't take the time to look around closely at the amazing features. Our tour guide Dwayne was extremely informative and enthusiastic about our adventure. Dwayne made it really fun to be there! ZiZi was very warm and welcoming at the ticket booth and I greatly appreciate the kindness and hospitality of both ZiZi and Dwayne.
I had recently read a historical fiction novel about that location (The Masterpiece by Fiona Davis) so that tour enriched many of the facts mentioned in the book. This was really fun. THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH for offering this tour!

Our guide James was knowledgeable and very friendly and humerous. We found the tour informative and would recommend.
90 mins was a nice amount of time - long enough to see many of the interesting places within GCT and hear good stories relating to its history & evolution. Longer than 90 mins could have been too long… going outside to see & hear additional information was also valuable. It was a most enjoyable tour yesterday with James H.
