Excellent
My mother wanted to take a tour of Grand Central Station. It was very easy to book the tour with Walks and find the kiosk to meet. The tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided interesting history and information about Grand Central.

Jarrod was so funny and knew so much about Grand Central! Also nice to have a tour that's mostly inside where rain doesn't ruin it.

Really interesting tour of an iconic building made even better by our guide, Joe, who was engaging, fun and extremely knowledgeable. He made the tour.
The tour of the Grand Central Terminal was fantastic! Our tour guide, Katherine, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always asked if anyone had any additional questions at each stop. I live in California but am a native New Yorker. I did not know that Grand Central offered a guided tour and was surprised at how many things I did NOT know about Grand Central. The pace of the tour was great, the time allowed was perfect, and I highly recommend this tour. If you get Katherine as a tour guide, you'll be extra lucky too.....
Dwayne was an incredibly good tour guide. So much information with a humorous and fun delivery.

The tour guide, Duane, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He led us through all the different areas and he had fun facts and stories about each one. I learned a lot of history, marveled at the architecture, engineering, and beauty.
