Katherine was fantastic! We apreciated her vast knowledge of the Grand Central Terminal! This was our third time to the city-if you have taken a tour, you must! Otherwise you will miss the amazing history that most are just rushing through to catch a train!

A truly informative and enjoyable experience. Our guide was knowlegable and personable. The use of earpieces made it very easy to hear and follow everything that our guide (Anna) was saying. The pace and the length of the tour was appropriate even for two people in their late seventies.

We were looking for an outing inside. Fascinated with the station and wanted more information about it. This tour exceeded our expectations! Kevin, our guide, is exceptional. He grew up in NYC and knew his stuff. Shared some childhood stories. He is an art history professor and was able to bring many design details to life. Also he asked where everyone in the group was from. He remembered that and during the tour, he mentioned pertaining information from our locations. The time went by very fast. I will say that you do need to stand at length.
