Good experience with many details and relevant information. The admission fee is fear and easy to pay. The length of visit look adequate to its content, with good atmosphere and a small crowd size. The staff is nice and the guide is very well known about the subject. It’s best for enthusiasts of city treasures.

Meeting point us not visible from information clock and tour guide had NO green flag. I Called tour co at 11 She told me to stay at main information booth and kept me on hold for 15 min. NO help! I found tour myself by asking every guide till I found the correct group.That being said Rick was wonderful once we found him.

I discovered this tour on a previous trip to NYC but it was sold out so I made sure to book it on my next trip. It was a sisters/nieces weekend trip and they were so happy I suggested this. ZaZa? Checked us in and she was a delight. Kevin was our tour guide and he was very informative and funny. I have been in Grand Central Terminal many times, knew a bit of its history but I still learned a lot. Very happy we carved out time to do this tour. I will certainly look for more of this company’s walks in the future.
