Mike was a great tour guide! I have been coming to GCT for over 40 years and I learned a lot and got ideas for what I want to see when I come back. Great history, anecdotes and beautiful architecture. The headphones that we used were fantastic! Clear and easy to hear. Loved the secret spaces we saw and the outdoor part, as well. Well worth the cost of the tour! <br />Also, kudos to Zeezee at the check in window who greeted me with a friendly hello and made me feel like we were old friends. Thank you for a great experience, even for someone who feels like a native New Yorker!

The tour was perfect. The pin for the meeting point was inaccurate - it led us to a different location across the street from the terminal. We had to figure out the actual location on our own.

We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled tour where Zizi, who was working the window at the tour booth, greeted us as though she was welcoming us into her own home. She was gracious, professional and efficient. Thank you, Zizi<br />Dwayne was our guide. He is very knowlegeable, was enthusiastic, kind, patient and has a great sense of humor. The tour was interesting and informative and using the earpiece provided made it easy to hear everything he was saying even if you were traiing slightly behind the group. I never felt rushed and Dwayne was willing to take the time to answer our questions. His passion and enthusiasm for NYC, GCT and sharing knowledge is what made this tour so great! I have walked thru GCT many times, passed thru as though this was merely a means to getting to my destination. Today, GCT was my destination and Zizi. Dwayne and the Walks Tour have forever changed the way i will see GCT when I'm just passing thru next time. Thank you, Dwayne
