The tour itself was very good and the guide was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The only pitfall is that you may be stuck with other guests who believe that they are the only ones there. Again, the guide was very professional but that one guest can sour the experience.

My mother wanted to take a tour of Grand Central Station. It was very easy to book the tour with Walks and find the kiosk to meet. The tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided interesting history and information about Grand Central.
