The tour itself was very good and the guide was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The only pitfall is that you may be stuck with other guests who believe that they are the only ones there. Again, the guide was very professional but that one guest can sour the experience.

The tour of the Grand Central Terminal was fantastic! Our tour guide, Katherine, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always asked if anyone had any additional questions at each stop. I live in California but am a native New Yorker. I did not know that Grand Central offered a guided tour and was surprised at how many things I did NOT know about Grand Central. The pace of the tour was great, the time allowed was perfect, and I highly recommend this tour. If you get Katherine as a tour guide, you'll be extra lucky too.....
