Our tour guide, Joe, was extremely personable and knowledgable. We really enjoyed the tour and learning about the Grand Central Terminal. We had visited the Grand Central Terminal on our own before and now having taken the tour feel that we have seen more and learned a lot about it. So glad that it was restored and is there for everyone to enjoy its beauty!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting, and overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. Our only disappointment was that she went into a lot of detail at times that seemed a bit gratuitous, and made the tour longer than it could have been.

We will meet at the Tour Information Booth in the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal. If you are standing at the clock in the middle of the concourse, the Tour Information Booth is located just to right of the Harlem and Hudson Line Departures.
