Great
The tour was interesting and informative. It only took us to places anyone can visit on their own, but some were parts of the transit terminal that a tourist would not know about otherwise.

Excellent
Our tour of the Grand Central Terminal was very interesting and informative. Our guide LizaBrook was very knowable and told us lots of side bar stories. She also made a point of getting to know her audience and including them in her discusions.

The Tour Guide we had was a master of the Grand Central Terminal. He knows all the nooks and crannies of the station and all of its history. Plus his ability to animate everything made the tour very interesting and highly appreciated.
