Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting, and overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. Our only disappointment was that she went into a lot of detail at times that seemed a bit gratuitous, and made the tour longer than it could have been.

Registration online was easy. Ziti, the on-site representative, was very personable and entertaining. Our guide, Sean, was well spoken and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information but kept the tour moving. Grand Central Terminal is a beautiful building with a fascinating history!

Our tour guide Sean was amazing. He had relevance and a personal connection to the City. He provided great information about the history and supporting information of the great terminal. We would love to visit again as there are so many aspects that we were not able to fit in and we would book the tour again.
