We had a blast discovering the Statue of Liberty with Charlie! He’s super smart and friendly, giving us great local advice that made us feel like real New Yorkers. If you’re booking the guided ferry tour to Ellis Island, definitely hope you get him as your guide!

Charlie was awesome! Very knowledgeable and a fantastic story teller. We learned alot on the tour and he kept us at a good pace. I highly recommend Charlie and this tour.

Our tour guide (Joseph) was very engaging and kept our interest for the entire tour. It was quite cold and we appreciated that he tried his best to keep us out of the elements. <br /><br />Our only complaint is that the instructions could have been a lot clearer about the meeting spot. The address is buried down in the booking and it doesn't specifically call out that you're supposed to meet across the street from where everyone is being directed towards the dock. Once we found the right spot, though, we felt very taken care of. We would definitely book with this company again.
