Sarah was great!

Sara was the best guide! Her knowledge and delivery were incredible!

Tour WAY too long! 4 hours? No thanks! we had kids with us and while tour guide was very informative, he needs to shorten it up!!! Went on random tangents not even related to Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island that were NOT needed

Joe was amazing! Great experience and very informative of our trip to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

I called City Experiences to make sure I was booking the correct tour as I had never visit Liberty or Ellis Island before and the information online was overwhelming. I took 45 minutes on the phone to get the customer service rep to understand what I was wanting out of the tour. And then in the end, she recommended a tour that was the exact opposite of what I wanted. She had incredibly little knowledge on the tours themselves and completely mislead me.
