Great
Excellent tour and guide! Informative and passionate. The security process was a bit cumbersome, but out of anyones control as it was new. Definitely not a lot of walking on this tour, but prepare for plenty of standing and dress warmer than you think as you will be in the elements for most of the tour. Enjoyed that we had free time to explore each site on our own.

Great
Our guide was amazing! She was entertaining and engaging. She was interesting but not long winded. I will say, they will leave you if you are not there early! We arrived 2 minutes past the start time and we were left. Someone gave us tickets to get onto the ferry. We then had to search for our guide once we arrived to the Statue of Liberty.

Excellent
I was impressed with this company at every step - from our booking process (including the ease of changing our res. from 4 members to 3 & getting a refund) to the designated mtg. place, our well in formed guide (Rob), sm. size of group & the need to do reminders sent prior to our tour. I look forward to joining this tour service in the future. Thank you!
